Engine jumping/missing AGAIN?? - HELP!

MAN O MAN!! after 18 months of working on various parts everything was
perfect for 7 days and then its as if we are back to 18 months ago.  HELP
PLEASE!!

18 months ago 4kq was jumping/missing when at any speed when you arent
accelerating or decelerating.

Changed Plugs (W7DTC), Wires, Cap, Rotor, (all Bosch) and Filters (MANN).
Timing Belt, Water pump, Still no change.

Took it to a shop. They said timing was ignition timing was WAY off.  They
set it to what they thought was 6 degrees BTDC.  Still no change.

I bought a timing light with a digital read out and set the timing to 6
degrees BTDC (it was way off from the shop).  FINALLY the jumping/missing
fixed.

Changed Water Temp Sensor, O2 sensor, Radiator, and other coolant sensor, all
gear fluids.

Set the Control Pressure Actuator to 10mA at idle.  Things were good for
about 7 days and then I get in and head to work today and the same
jumping/missing happening AGAIN.  Timing is still at 6 degrees BTDC.  Still
having difficulty accelerating on first morning start until engine heats up
though, coughs and misses.

HELP!!!
