loctite EM studs/nuts (for sure?)

Is this loctiting the EM mounting hardware something that is generally accepted?  I thought that for high-heat applications, loctite was somewhat useless.

Is this loctite being discussed referring to the studs in the head, or the nuts on the studs, or both?  What color loctite is recommended?  Is there a group of anti-loctite people?

I would have to say my tendency is to not use loctite, as the nuts are supposed to be designed to hold tight.  I'm open enough to be convinced it's a good thing however.  I just want to know what is being suggested.
