loctite EM studs/nuts (for sure?)

Eventough I just posted that I wouldn't worry about
using it, I'll admit that I do use it.  I figure any
help the studs can get staying in there should be
used.  Now, if the stud snaps and that red loctite is
still in there, it makes it extra hard to get out.
Although, I've easily unscrewed studs from my head
that had been loctite'd in there for only a few
months.  They turned easy, but were kind of gummed up,
which may prevent them from just falling out once they
get loose, so I have that going for me.

Like so many things, it's personal preference I guess.
