e-code quad lights, 2 years later

After 2 years of running with incredible headlights, I had to re-do several
corroded connections in the relayed system. Replaced two main fuse holders
in the #12 fine strand copper power cables from the engine bay jump-start
post. I sealed the new fuse holders and connections with liquid electrical
tape, and will expect to do it again in a few more years. Also replaced all
the female spade connectors to one of the relays, and covered those
connections with liquid electrical tape, 3 coats.  Went through 2 sets of
extra high wattage low beams in the H4's, and settled for conventional
wattage lows, for reliability. Still running high wattage in the high beams.
