The 'hot start pulse relay' is only found on 1984 and earlier 4-cylinder
CIS models, either as a factory fitment or installed by the dealer
(in conjunction with a higher capacity fuel accmulator) to fix a hot
start problem that afflicted some cars. In the 1984 wiring diagram,
it's referred to as the 'cold start pulse relay' (which is sort of a
misnomer, but it does function by pulsing the cold start valve if
sustained cranking doesn't start the engine).

This relay is not present nor should it be needed in post-85 models.
