I was rear-ended last summer when driving in a friend's car on the cape

it took months to get over the headaches and sore neck . . .

today the lid fell on my head and jammed my neck

I have been after my husband for months to take care of that stuff and now I am going to do it myself.

It's either my neck in the rear of the car or my fingers in front.

I gotta get this stuff taken care of, I was planning on a nice bike ride today and instead I have sat at the computer with ice on my neck all day, drat it all !!!
