weird o2 sensor readings? (mc'd urq)

Mike, I'm not sure your digital multi-meter is able to necessarily keep up
with the rapidly changing voltage signal, you'd have better results with an
analog meter or a real O2 meter, $30 through Summit Racing.  I've never had very
good results trying to do what you're doing with a DMM.
