Type 44 - front license plate bracket (US)

Ti,
This front bumper never had a front license plate, and there were no holes
in the cover til I started drilling.    It's helpful to know the beam is
what I need to secure the bracket to.  If there are no threaded holes in my
beam I'll drill and tap some new ones myself.
