No, they have neither, having owned two type 44s :-)
The bumper cover and bumper core(aluminum beam) have to be drilled;
it's probably easiest to pull the front bumper(two hex bolts on the
underside, disconnect/remove the turn signals FIRST!) and work on it
that way. Go stainless steel or nylon hardware, and drill the hole
through the cover as small as possible, or the next owner will feel
like hurting you(I have dime-sized holes in my front bumper, and I'd
like to punch the PO).
