ve warned him I was taking it to Merchants ahead of time. I take my $20 (cash) and walk out, never to return. I now bash his name every chance I get. So, if you're in Virginia...stay awayt from Dave's High Tech Auto in SE Virginia (noticed he's no longer in the same building, so he could be anywhere in SE Virginia, or hopefully eh went bankrupt)...
