A method I have used for re-installing the sway bar:
(1) Install and secure one side.
(2) Acquire a small diameter pipe ( maybe conduit) that will fit over the
threaded end of the sway bar.
(3)Run the pipe thru the control arm and onto the threaded end of the sway
bar, it may not seat all the way down but should be enough to guide it.
(4) Push on the sway bar/pull on the pipe and it should pop right into the
control arm.
