I just wanted to say thanks to all that responded to my email.  It's
really great to know that there is such a resource of knowledge for the
shade tree mechanic.  I've had the car since 1994 and it's been
fantastic; especially living in Wisconsin (until recently) were most
cars are rust heaps in a matter of 6 or 7 years.  I'll give you a
progress report when all is finished.
