'Tis true.  I did the engine work at Corey Jones' near Lincoln - afterwards we filled up and
checked the tyre pressures at his local garage, then went for a test run on a one-mile
straight nearby.  There was a (new?) Scoobie being petted there - it looked like the new owner
and his wife.  They followed us out - poor unsuspecting fools - and started jockeying to
overtake at  the start of the straight.  Except we weren't there anymore - we pulled out a
good hundred yard gap at 1.8 bar.  When we got to the end of the straight, there's a kind of
triangular junction - I went round it and he followed me all the way round for another go on
the way back.  Same story.
