5ktq CIS problems still...

The way I see it, if the accumulator or it's lines are
restricted in any way, then the pressure and delivery
volume at the fuel distributor would both be low.  The
pump is dead headed some where.  I bet if the pump and
strainer are new/good and you put a gauge at the check
valve atop the pump it'll be real high.  If you try
the line into the acc. from the pump, you can also
eliminate that as well.
