KX engine with MC turbo parts?

What would happen if I bolt on the MC1 turbo set up in a KX engine?

These are the issues that comes to my mind:

1. The KX has a higher CR, but one can compensate keeping the boost low
and/or by using race gas.

2. Address the oil feed for the turbo.

3. Address oil cooling.

4. Bend tie-rod.

5. Stand alone knock sensor.

6. Air box.

Anything Else?  or I'm out of my mind.
