All,

If a check arrived in the US Mail, get your local US Postal Inspector
involved in the issue.  They're not keen on people using the USPS in fraud
schemes ,and they refer to it as Mail (Male(?): No, that's different) Fraud.

Ok, in case you haven't heard, there is a scammer stalking people on the
Audifans Marketplace. Goto the Marketplace page
(http://www.audifans.com/marketplace) and check "Scams".

I just posted a very recent dialogue between a lister and Mr. Smith.
Included is the entire email transcript, plus an image of a $4000
cashier's check (that is worth bunk). Worthwhile read, and a definite
HEADS UP for potential sellers.
