on the seat heat, it is usually the resistance wiring in the seat that
goes bad.  tough to fix...

for cruise control, in my experience, the control units never go bad,
but it is under/behind the radio if you want to dig it out and swap it.

Most likely culprits are the vacuum hosing and dirty switches at the pedals.
