[urq] [marketplace] SCAMS read read read!!!

Just FYI, *I* was not scammed, but another lister was the attempted
scamm-ee (?). The post was intended to just warn folks that Mr. Dave
Smith/Coley/whatever is definitely on the prowl. He isn't stopping
attempts to scam people, so be careful, folks! Anyone that is going to
send you $4000 for a car not worth $4000 is a SCAMMER.

Just a note, the lister in question (James Bell), reported stuff to the
attorney general of his state. It was no surprise to the AG--he's seen
it all too often of late.
