NAC: Fram Pennzoil Filters

I've heard that Fram oil filters are crap.  So when I had
to change the oil in the SO's car, I picked up a Pennzoil
brand filter, PZ9A, at the local FLAPS (VIP Discount
Auto).  Imagine my surprise when I looked at the receipt
(after installing said filter) and saw part number 6937992,
"OIL FILTER/FRAM PH3387A".

I've been hoodwinked!
