Install them back in their box, and then install the box back in the
shop where you bought 'em, because that's one worthless piece of
garbage.

 From their description, all it does is introduce unmetered air into
the intake manifold.  That will be compensated for by the ECU's
adaptive functions pretty quickly, so mixture won't be affected
unless this widget lets in more vacuum than the ECU can compensate
for- in which case, it'll throw a fault code.

Translation?  You just paid good money for what is nothing more than
a vacuum leak.
