I don't remember what it was called, but back when I didn't have a big
enough screen, I used some free something-or-other software that made it
so I could scroll around a virtual 1280x1024 - IE, couldn't see it all
at once, but could get to it.

I bet 1. either someone else knows what it was called, or 2. it's in the
archives, because I probably found out about it here.  Probably in the
month or two following the first NH spring clinin...
