Oil leak after timing belt/crank seal job...

When I did my wife's 4kq campmobile last summer, I used a Permatex product
called Thread Sealant #14 that includes some Teflon.  A lot of the sealants
I looked at also had thread locking properties, and I wasn't sure that was
required or desirable.
