Hmm, that doesn't sound good, once you go into the hole the spot is about,
oh, I'd say 1/2 to an inch, often the hole gets filled with good, but slight
pressure and a delicate hand usually can get the screw to turn. I'm not sure
what happend in your instance, how it could have plunged like that, but you want
to be very gentle there, I wouldn't even tap on the wrench, that's the actual
air flow metering arm and it is very delicate.
