Quattro 100 - 200 flange

My 100 quattro tranny is over, i can replace with the 200 tranny but with the dif with, cause the final ratio 3.89.
BUT, the final drive flange are bigger on the 200 or 5000 than on 100 (1989) and 90 quattro (1988). It s seems that 100 quattro and my 90 have the same small CV and small flange.

Can i put the 100 flange on the 200 or 5000 tranny and the dif ?   i gess
