I agree with your original tactic, Dave. Posting to the list a
buyer-beware is an excellent idea. I brought up the situation with Dan
at one point a few weeks ago. Putting up warnings on the web site and in
the Marketplace would be akin to taking a stance on allegations one way
or another. Although I Am Not A Lawyer, taking a stand either way might
be construed as an endorsement, something we can't be liable for.

I hope everyone understands our decisions for all of this. If it doesn't
sit right with anyone, please fire away! I'm trying to be as fair and
reasonable as possible.
