We had a red Merc with a long key cut down the side, right down to the white
undercoat.
Fill the scratch using a fine sable hair brush.
After waiting some time for the lacquer to dry it can then be the rubbed
down to match the other paint.
Do more thin coats than one thick one to build up the level.
It was not perfect but you had to look really close to see the scratch.
The final result will be equal to how much time you want to spend. Usual
paint prep techniques required.
