Elgin reground cam for NF/NG

It's actually a 270i/260e with .465" lift on the intake, and .441" on the
exhaust.

I like the cam so far; I've only gotten hard on the throttle once so far, at
6psi, and only taken it up to about 5000 RPM, but man it sure rips! At 5000
it feels like I've got a WHOLE lot more to go! I'll let everyone know the
final results once I get some time to get the fuel maps tuned.
