Blower motor 89 Audi Turbo

Hi All,

My nice 89 Audi seems to be having a big delay with having the blower motor come on.  I think the handwriting ison the wall.

Re car with air bags, since we have seat belts, when my husband takes the dash apart to put the blower motor in, must he put the air bags back in place in order for the car to run properly?
