someone there can tell you where to get an SCCA book.

I suspect the SCCA governs the solo II, solo I, and track racing in your area
as well?

Don't strip until you know what you're racing in!  Production class rally cars
in canada have to have center consoles in even!  Up until 2001(?) the stock
stereo was still required!!
