The belt and pentosin level are both fine.

The test was to see what calipers were locked. Normally when I get
home the rotors are at the most hot to the touch, usually barely
warm. When the snow is instantly vaporized, that tells me that yes,
that caliper is dragging. I knew at least one caliper was locked up
since the car would -very- quickly come to a stop on its own- the
snow test told me it was all four without risking some nasty burns.

I wasn't trying to do anything- the car was in first gear in the
driveway(flat part, but still slightly angled down from the house),
and all four wheels were locked up tight. A minute or two later,
they started to release and the car rolled slowly back against the
slack in the drivetrain; the brakes groaned as they slowly slipped.
I could push the car back and forth after it had been sitting for a
few minutes. Pressed the brake pedal once, car locked up solid again.
The question which I really need answered is this- if the system
sucked air, would that cause the symptoms I've got, or do I have a MC
failure? I would think air in the MC and/or system would cause a
super-soft pedal(I've got that too), but no locked calipers.
