Oh boy, coolant leak (Type 44)

Just replaced mine last weekend and indeed it is a coolant line. It takes
some negotiating but it can be replaced with regular wrenches. It is in
fact a 17mm fitting and I found that removing the cooling hose for the
motor mount was very helpful with getting the proper angle to loosen and
tighten this hose. From what I can tell, the part number from ETKA for an
'87 is 035 121 497B. ETKA says the part number is the same for a '90
200q. Let me know if there's anything else I can tell you.
Good luck!
