rear end clunking/exhaust leaks - 80Q

I've been extremely disappointed with the Bosal system.  Never did fit right, always rattled some, and then fell apart.  It wasn't cheap at all either.
Rod at TPC said he has been seeing a rash of early failures on Bosal systems lately.  I'd tend to stay away.
Next one will be custom made.  I can get an entire 2.5" aluminumized system custom made for less than the center section cost me from Bosal.

Interesting. 18 months?! Eek! My CGT still has (parts) of the original OEM system. The rear muffler finally rotted out about a month ago, so I just cut it off and put a piece of pipe in it's place (still has the OEM resonator). Now it sounds like a decent aftermarket system...
