Idle with oil cap open

[Suffolk GameServer LAN]

Some turbos and NA engines will handle the dipstick and oil filler cap
differently.

Its not across the board, some older 4000's idle fine with cap opened, some
newer turbos don't.
But, its model YEARS specific.

 Sounds to me, like you may have some pretty big vacuum leks and the PO "tu=
ned" it to run with the leaks...
