Beru vs Bosch Ignition Wires

Hi Dave/All,
I recently went to my EuroFLAPS and asked for Bosch wires. They said that
they're no longer German-made at all, and that the quality sucks. He sold me
Bremi, I think, at a lower price than Bosch. He said he's never had any
complaints on the Bremis.
I know that Bosch has offered inferior non-German-made products for a long
time. I suffered through a bad Bosch wire set on a 92 Golf. But I thought
that there was always the German equivalent available if you asked for it or
looked a bit. It seems that's no longer true.
Cheers,

I sent this once before, but I never saw it show up... Time for a new wire
set. PMC has Bosch w/ loom for $50 and Beru w/ loom for $57. The lady at PMC
said the connectors on the Beru are better and I should go with them, but
everybody I talk to says get Bosch. Thoughts?
