Coupe Cut out Fuse holder ?

This never stopped my 86/87Q from starting though.
Probably a wild goose chase............I found this "fuse" holder
under the steering column that my bign knees would hit and break
the connection and the car would die. COLD
It was clear/white plastic and stopped everything DEAD.
I made sure to tuck it up and not hit it.
Random but worth a look.
You gotta put your head on the floor mat at the pedals and
look up into the dash area at the sterring column.

On my 1987.5 CIS-E Coupe, The car runs fine for days,
then will cut out completley for a second or for
hours.  i think im having problems with the coil
producing spark, Ruling out a bad coil, what could
prevent the coil from producing??  What is the order
of operations... HALL SENDER ----> ECU---->IGNITION
CONTROL MODULE--------> COIL????  Am i close???  I
have no bentley, Any info would help.
Getting Frustrated for sure
