Brian,
Have you checked the CIS airmeter plate for smooth
action. Your system may have a potentiometer that
measures plate position that may be out of wack. Idle
mixture and timing OK? Cam timing ?
I've done a 90q turbo swap too, but kept the CIS-3
system so unfortunately can't be a good resource for
your particular setup.
