As I recall, a couple years ago when I did that spring clinic thing, one
of the cars present had a "wiper issue".
I believ it was due to the main motor to wiper pitman lever rube
goldberg thing rotating to the wrong position. The arms still make the
correct sweep, but when the motor comes to rest, they point the wrong way.
Dig under that black plastic plenum and see what it looks like at the
motor output shaft.
