Subframe R&R ( stubborn bushing)

When I replaced them in the 5KS, one stubborn one had to be persuaded
with a sledge hammer.  Not a "railroad" type, but the plastic coated
type.  Don't be afraid to apply the pressure when in the press, spray the
"belly" that forms with the Silicone and they'll slowly creep into place.
