My 87 5KTQ has a backlit clock and the in-dash multi-meter is done
similarly. They both light up when I turn the car on. However, both of
those lights turn *off* in my car when the lights are turned on. I'm
guessing that's just a problem with my comb. switch or something. It
makes no sense to lose two meters when night comes!
