yes, it is.

Oh, did you want to know more?  Lotsa splicing, probably a bit of
troubleshooting (no btdt yet though), and you'll need an electronic
transmission mounted speedo sender.

If the 4kq did not have a trip computer that part might not be worth the
effort.
