Narrowing the search: 93 Audi 90Q

Alright,

Thank you for all your wise words regarding the 20V vs 12V.

I have narrowed the search to a 1993-94 (maybe 95 - probably out of my
price range) Audi 90 Quattro.

What are the main bugs on this particular car? Someone previously mentioned
oil leak problems on the "early" production of the V6 engine. Please define
"early". Is it just the last months of 1992 production, the entire 1993 or
what? Is this mostly a "cosmetic" issue? Or is it signs of a cracking head
gasket. Did Audi finally fix the leaking tail lights on this model?

BTW, the plastic engine cover on that V6, does that just pop off or will I
need tools to get underneath to look for oil puddles?

I would really appreciate hearing from someone who owns one of these audis.
If someone could explain what the Sport package includes, it would be
great. Is quattro included in sport or would it have to be a "quattro
sport" to get both?

I'm looking at ads for 90 Sport and 90 Quattro. Both 1993. Both 137k on the
clock. $5500 and $6000 respectably. Does this sound reasonable? It sounds a
bit high to me...

And, to the curious people out there. No I do not plan to modify it. Stock
cars are fine with me. I just want something that's a little fun to drive,
has a good build quality to it, and can handle a road trip or two each summer.
