I think if you go with 1993 or later model years you shouldn't have oil
leaks. B4 90 V6s cars seem to also exhibit catalytic convertor failures
and the factory convertors are pricey. Some reported good experience
using replacements from Discount Converters http://www.discountconverter.com

If you're referring to the bottom belly pan cover, it is fastened to
the body via a bunch of quarter-turn screws that are easily loosened.
Then the pan simply slides off. It is much easier to do while the car
is on a lift, but you can also get to it when the car is up securely
on jackstands (don't just use the factory jack for support!).

I think that "sport" in this case is merely a trim package. You don't
actually get anything that truly enhances performance. If I recall,
different model years varied somewhat in what's included in the
"sport" option.

Check Edmunds: http://www.edmunds.com and also price similar cars
sold in your area for comparison purposes. You can also check Kelly
Blue Book: http://www.kbb.com but their listed prices seem a bit high.
