fix dash vents

I pulled the whole heater box assembly out again. Now, I'm a pro.
Took me no time at all. I found that the main vacuum hose from the
engine compartment wasn't connected to the mysterious black vacuum
hose that I connected to the drivers side servo at the unconnected
port. Just in case, I pulled the whole box apart to make sure all of
the flaps were properly aligned. Did all of this in under 2 hours.
