Why?  New head bolts are 3 bucks apiece, retail.  How many times over the
life of the average engine will you need to take it apart.  Even the 20v
bolts are only 7 bucks.  I never reuse them, and wouldn't hesitate to
recommend that a customer or DIYer buy new ones.  John
