Thank you, Ben!

I received more than several offlist response to my querry about IV.
Mail was about 50-50 with most negative mail referring to slow delivery from
IV.

However, I chose to decline delivery of COD shipment even after waiting
close to two weeks for the package. I was quoted a definite price to be paid
thru Pay-Pal, or COD via Certified Check or Money Order. I purchased a M.O.
for the agreed upon price, was then informed by UPS delivery man that price
was now several dollars more, C.C. or M.O. only, thank you!

My attitude then was "forgetaboutit"!!!

As always, YMMV
