Um, are you *sure* this guy wasn't joking around too?  Someone who
honestly reacts like that on a regular basis must _hate_ the 'net.
...unless...

There's a nice story about, I believe, the old Rudder magazine?
Anyway, someone wrote the editor complaining about some mistake or
other (some unfortunate typo?), and the editor published the response
"We like to try to please as many people as possible with this
publication, including those people who like to have something to
complain about."

Food for thought (well, maybe if your brain is _really_ starving)...
