Coolant lesser evil: Dexcool or glycol (for CGT)

I've used Dexcool in my CGT (and my 90 & my 90q in the past) with no issues. My understanding is that if you use distilled water, any coolant will be fine. But Dexcool is phosphase free so you don't even need to use distilled water, although I still do...
