Not like it, but related to headlights and wiring and
Blau... When I replaced my burned out headlight a few
weeks ago, there was some slight charring around the
connector to the bulb. I, too, did not fault the Blau
harness I have as I was running 80/100W bulbs. When I
saw the charring, I replaced the bulbs with 55/60W (or
there abouts) bulbs.
I assumed the charring was due to excess wattage. Now
you have me wondering if it was due to excess resistance
due to corrosion. If it wasn't such a pain to get to,
I'd check it at lunch.
