4KQ Oil pan removal...

Hey there,

Am I correct in assuming that in order to remove the oil pan (its leaking)
on my 4KQ without removing the engine, I'll have to remove the subframe
first?  Not a big deal since it's a high mileage car (almost 400K) and I'll
just rebush the subframe while I'm under there, but I am curious.

As for subframe bushings, does anyone have opinions on sourcing them from
Blau?

And speaking of bushings, I'm also replacing the upper strut mounts.  Are
the "upgraded" units from Blau worth the additional price?

And (finally) speaking of mounts, are the engine mounts attached to the
front subframe?
