Is it possible to reverse the rotation side of a 5000 quattro tranny?

The idea is to make a dune buggy with a 5000 quattro car. The configuration=
 would look like a 911 porsche, engine rear, diff in the front end. But the=
 car will go on wrong way in first speed ;-), cause all the mec ll be in fr=
ont to back side.

On the old VW, the trany was reversable to make 911( like beetle) porsche c=
onfig or 914(engine in center).
